The following is my annual report for approval by the Board at its meeting on September 9, 2011 and the subsequent distribution to the TWHCA membership as part of the 2011 Annual General Meeting members' package.

A. Membership status.

I am aware of 99 properties having been sold to date. Therefore we have 99 members. Of that group, 66 are Members In Good Standing, having paid their 2010-2011 Annual Dues.

B. Residences

62 residences have been built to date. Three more are in currently under construction.

C. Website

I have asked the Board for approval to take down the TWHCA website at www.twhca.org immediately after the 2011 AGM. The reason for this is that the visitation rate and the number of members who accessed the site since the 2010 AGM is just too low to justify the financial cost and the support effort required to maintain the site. Future communications by the Board to the members can be accommodated via e/mail.
