1, Purpose of the Organization

The Woodland Heights Community Association is a non-profit organization incorporated without share capital under the laws of Ontario. The association seeks to represent the Woodland Heights Community residents' interests in the Town of Huntsville, and work on behalf of residents to ensure completion of the Woodland Heights development and ongoing operation of related amenities to a high standard of excellence



2. Revenue Recognition

Levies and member's dues are accounted for as received. Unpaid amounts in 2011
are not reflected in these statements


3. Use of estimates

Financial statement preparation may require the use of estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements, and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reported period
