Members

All property owners are automatically members of the Association by virtue of owning a lot here. Members who pay the $50 Annual Membership Dues become Members In Good Standing (MIGS). All members may attend the AGMs but only MIGS can make motions at the AGM, vote on them and, in general, participate.

Members who purchase a lot from Woodland Alliance are also required to pay a one-time-only Initial Levy of $25.

The Board maintains a master list of members' contact information (names, phase and lot number, mailing address, telephone number and email addresses). This list should be used only for communications among members and never given to non-members.

Due to sensitivity by some members about the security of information available on the Internet, our master list is not available from this website. Any member wishing a current copy can request it from the Board Director having responsibility for Membership.

The list is maintained as an MS Excel spreadsheet. It can be processed by members who have Microsoft Office or the free Open Office installed on their computers. Members who wish only to read and print the file can download and install the free Microsoft Excel Viewer from this website.
