MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

The meeting was held at the home of J. Kenny and was called to order at 7.10 p.m.
The minutes of the Board meeting of August 8/05 were approved as read.
The corpoi'ate seal was received and approved
The covering letter and agenda will be one document. This was reviewed and C. MacDougal will
incorporate suggestions made and send a draft revision during the week ofAugust 22/05 to the Board
members.
Ptoxy form was discussed and B. Timothy will send a draft to the Board members during the week of
August 22/05.
Board members will respond to drafts during the week of August 22fO5.
B. Timothy will review ByLaw #1
If covering letter and agenda, the proxy form and ByLaw #1 are agreed upon, no further meeting will be
held before issue date of September 1/05.
The next meeting will b e d etermined at a later date.
