3. AGM 2012 - Booked for next year - October 20, 2012 at Algonquin Theatre
4. Membership Fees - Roy Childs. Concern about residents who have not paid fees. Ian Taylor to remind them. Suggestion - for each director to highlight expenditures and progress in each area to provide residents with information on how fees have been used.
5. Propane Price - Concern raised that many residents are not getting the new propane price.
6. Clubhouse Trust - Bob Abbot. Alliance Homes has confirmed the $24,000 is in a separate account and will be transferred to the clubhouse trust fund. Residents who are affected will be notified by letter.
7. Deerhurst Resort - Bob Abbot. Resident asking if we can re-establish relationship with Deerhurst Resort in order to receive benefits.
8. Woodland Heights Development - Ross Maund & Don McLean to meet to discuss concerns raised by residents. i.e. tree cutting, road concerns, tree reforestation. Ross to send out a priority list of issues that need attending to and a plan will be implemented.
